    Está bien , no solo se usa para ejercitar la respiración a la hora de correr sino que también lo he visto usar para controlar la respiración en ataques de ansiedad en centros de salud … lleva una válvula que se cierra y abre según si quieres más o menos aire, es como una válvula de buceo. envío muy rápido .
